Error Code - Serial Port Error

Possible cause:

• A machine connection error occurred, and no connection was detected.

Solution:

• Please re-plug the USB cable connecting the machine to the computer.
• Please plug the USB cable into another port on the computer.
• If you use a Windows series desktop computer, please try to insert the USB cable into the USB port on the back of the machine.
• If the error continues to occur, please send the status video to customer service for judgment.
