Lazervida - Lubricating

Clean the X-axis linear rail regularly to extend the service life of the parts; it's recommended to clean and relubricate once every two weeks.

Tools needed :

1|Paper towel or tissue paper

2|Cotton swab

3|Lubricating oil /Needle oil

Maintenance Steps :

1. Cleaning: Lift the machine up, using a paper towel or tissue paper to wipe the oil and dust on the X-axis linear rail.

2. Oiling :

a.  Dip it with a cotton swab or directly dip the lubricating oil on the X-axis linear rail, and apply evenly above and on both sides of the X-axis linear rail.

b. Manually move the laser head left and right 3 - 5 times to distribute the lubricating oil evenly.
