Confirm the port name:

• Use a Mac system to choose a name that starts with tty.usb.
• If you are using a Windows system, please confirm the name of the connection port that appears during the connection (for example, COM1, COM2, COM3, etc.).

If you are unsure what the port number is, please open the port option first, remove the USB cable connected to the machine, and confirm which port name disappears, then select the correct port.

If connected to the wrong port, the connection button will be orange, and if it is correct, it will be green.
